LYNN KIM
Lynn is interested in becoming a BASS Mentorship Program mentor because she wants to give back to the Beedie community in a meaningful way. When she first started at Beedie, she remembers how valuable it was to have peers who were willing to share advice, answer questions, and help me navigate academic and extracurricular opportunities. Now that she’s gained more experience through her involvement in student organizations, case competitions, and co-op preparation, she wants to support newer students in the same way. Mentorship is also a two-way learning experience. She hopes to gain fresh perspectives from her mentees and continue building her leadership and communication skills by learning how to better support and adapt to others' needs. She’s excited about the opportunity to connect with students from different backgrounds and help them feel more confident and supported as they find their place at Beedie.
