Megan is a passionate and supportive team player committed to fostering an inclusive organizational culture and providing equal opportunities for all students to engage with BASS and its affiliate clubs. She has contributed to expanding the BASS volunteer-only program to encourage broader student involvement. Earlier this year, she introduced a new initiative, Office Hours, an in-person tabling effort designed to increase accessibility and address questions about the BASS Coordinator applications. In collaboration with her team of coordinators, including Rachel Oh, Layla Nejad, Aryan Patel, & Akshaj Shrestha, Megan is working to revitalize BASS’s internal processes and policies. Her vision is to build a safe and welcoming community within BASS, ensuring it continues to provide valuable resources, strong advocacy, and meaningful experiences through its events, academic workshops, and new initiatives.
