BALTEJ HUNDAL

Having been a BASS mentee, Baltej knows how helpful and valuable the program is and the importance of a good mentor. Being a mentee for BASS really helped him network with peers who were going through similar situations in navigating a new environment. He’s excited about the opportunity to be a mentor and help first-year students ease into university as smoothly as possible. Whether it be through offering advice, sharing resources, or just simply being there for support. He also sees being a mentor as a great way to stay connected with incoming students and gain valuable leadership skills. Having his own mentees will also help improve his communication skills, which is always a very valuable asset that people should consistently work on. Overall, he is keen on creating a welcoming environment for incoming first-years and helping give back to the program that had a significant impact on his first year.
