Throughout Zawad’s university journey, he’s taken on a wide range of roles that have shaped both his leadership and personal growth. He started as a BASS mentee, eventually becoming a mentor, coordinator, VP, and later taking on higher responsibilities across clubs like the BEAM Fund, SMA, AIESEC, and even representing SFU in international case competitions. Outside of clubs, he has completed multiple co-op terms and broadened his global perspective through an academic exchange. These experiences helped him build key skills in networking, presenting, time management, and teamwork- skills he now carries into everything he does, whether it’s competing, leading, or mentoring others.
