In Salmaan’s first year, he remembers seeing BASS executives visiting their BUS201 classroom and encouraging students to apply. He initially wanted to but he ended up not being able to join the programme. Hefound that his friends who ended up doing the programme benefitted significantly; something that he wished he did especially being an international student in Canada back then. However, this year, he would like the opportunity to join BMP as a mentor so that he could potentially support incoming first years who may have been in his shoes once.
