Phi is interested in being a mentor for the BMP program this year because she believes that she has valuable knowledge to pass on to first year students. As Phi navigated her first year, she found great comfort and guidance from her mentor which she hopes to pass on to first years who may feel the same way she did. She hopes to make a lasting impact on first year students and inspire them to lead in the future.
