Guilherme would like to be a BASS mentor, because he genuinely enjoys helping others achieve their goals. While he was going through his journey, he had to learn everything by himself, and he really wished that he had someone to assist him. Now, that he has the knowledge, his main goal is to be the person he did not have in the past for other people so they can better navigate their careers and life. He hopes to gain fulfillment from being a mentor. He doesn't believe it adds anything to his resume or would change his career, but he wants to do it out of kindness and because it brings him joy to help and meet other people.
