Edric wants to be a BMP mentor to help students with their transition into Beedie and university life. One of the biggest challenges he had coming into Beedie was being unfamiliar with how clubs, extracurriculars, and just overall being a university worked. Because he did not have a mentor, he struggled early on with building meaningful connections, balancing life and school, and staying involved. He doesn’t want students entering Beedie to face the same struggles that he went through so far in his university journey. He also hopes to gain some fun memories and make some great connections with other mentors and mentees.
