From the beginning of Audrey’s journey at Beedie, she was drawn to the strong sense of community and the many opportunities to get involved beyond the classroom. As a first-year student who initially felt lost in the crowd, joining student programs gave her the chance to connect with like-minded peers who were also eager to grow and make an impact. These opportunities not only helped her build confidence and community but also taught her the value of sharing knowledge. She’s learned that experiences become more meaningful when passed on to help others. That’s why she’s passionate about becoming a mentor, so she can support students who may feel the same uncertainty she once did. She hopes this experience can help grow her leadership and communication. She wants to gain new perspectives, build meaningful connections, and continue learning from those around her, while providing the same for her mentees.
