As a events coordinator, your role will involve the planning and execution of the charity and social events, which provide students with the opportunity to connect and build relationships with fellow students in the community.

As a Corporate Relations Coordinator, you will represent BASS and its best interests by presenting opportunities for firms to get involved with BASS events and programs. This role will manage relationships and communication with firms in pursuit of sponsorships.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a fundamental role in planning BASS BASH, the BASS Mentorship Program (BMP) and the BASS Celebration Gala (BCG). In this role, the Operations Coordinator will be able to work interchangeably in operations and logistics planning for each event.

As a Marketing Strategy Coordinator, you will plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies to engage all Beedie students. The role includes representing BASS and its interests when promoting BASS; this position plays a significant role in ensuring that students are well-informed about all BASS events, programs, and updates.

As a Marketing Design Coordinator, you will implements marketing strategies to engage all Beedie students. The BASS Marketing Design Team will focus on fostering a connected relationship between the organization and the student body by showing fellow undergrads how BASS provides value to students’ professional, academic, and personal lives.

As an ESG coordinator, you will be working with the Director of ESG to guarantee BASS’s operations follow ESG values and are actively creating an impact on the community at large. This includes introducing and implementing new initiatives that are in accordance with BASS objectives.

As a Technology Management Coordinator, you will be working with the Director of Technology Management to maintain and improve the current technologies of BASS. This includes introducing and implementing new information systems (IS) initiatives per BASS objectives.

As a Finance Coordinator, you will be working with the Vice President to create and maintain a healthy operating budget for BASS and its operations. Additionally, you will assist the Vice President with strategic decision-making to ensure BASS’s sustainability in the long run.

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the recruitment process, monitors the experiences of all BASS Council members and develops and implements new organization-wide and portfolio-specific initiatives. This role may include searching, screening, and interviewing candidates, planning general council meetings, and facilitating coordinator and team check-ins.
